Covid-19 Update
Welcome Back

Dynasty Tower Dental is happy to announce that as of June 9th, we are once again open for clinical appointments (fillings, crowns, implants, extractions, hygiene services, etc.).
Please contact us to book your appointment. If you had an appointment scheduled during the shutdown, we’ll be in touch soon to get you back on the schedule.
Patient safety has always been our top priority. We’ll continue to treat every patient with universal precautions and are taking extra measures to keep you and your family safe.

What We’re Doing to Keep You Safe

Infection control has always been a top priority for our practice. While many things have changed since then, one thing has remained the same: Our commitment to your health and safety.
We follow all recommendations made by the ODA, RCDSO, and Toronto Department of Health. Our team is staying up-to-date on any new guidance
issued by these agencies to ensure our procedures are current.
We’re implementing extra precautions to exceed all mandated safety procedures, including:
⦁ Installing 7 HEPA filter air purification units in our waiting room and each patient room. These high-tech purifiers clean the air throughout our entire office every 10 minutes.
⦁ Taking temperatures of every team member before the day begins.
⦁ Utilizing extra intraoral suction devices to decrease aerosols.
⦁ Wearing the best-available personal protective equipment (PPE), including custom-fitted 3D-printed masks and face shields to prevent unknown cross-contamination. We also wear clean gowns for each appointment.

What to Expect at Your Next Appointment

In addition to the extra sterilization and infection control procedures that you received in the previous email, you may notice a few changes at your next appointment.
⦁ We will ask some screening questions before your appointment and you’ll be asked those same questions again when you’re in the office.
⦁ We have hand sanitizer that we will ask you to use when you enter the clinic. There are more dispensers around the office for you to use as needed.
⦁ Our waiting room will no longer offer magazines or children’s toys since those items are difficult to fully disinfect.
⦁ Appointments will be spaced out to allow for physical distancing between patients. That might mean less flexibility for scheduling your appointment, but it will also reduce the number of patients in the reception area at any one time.
⦁ You may be surprised that we’re wearing more protective gear – such as masks, face shields, gowns – than we normally do during your visit.
⦁ We kindly ask that you come to the office with your face covered. if you don’t have one please inform the front desk staff and one will be provided.
⦁ All appointment times are specifically reserved for you. We respectfully request that you arrive on time and keep your appointment as scheduled.
⦁ Upon arriving at the office your temperature will be taken. Patients experiencing a temperature, cough, or other COVID-19 symptoms will not be permitted in our office.
Thank you for your understanding!
⦁ We request that families limit non-essential adults during office visits. When possible, only bring the child/children being seen for a visit with one parent/guardian.
While things may look a little bit different in our office right now, know that our dental team is committed to maintaining the quality of our care. We’ve missed seeing you here in our office and are ready to safely provide you with the high-quality, comprehensive
care you’ve come to expect.
