Oral Conscious Sedation
Oral conscious sedation uses a pill-based or liquid sedative. It will be taken before your procedure, the patient is then asked to relax for 40-50 mins in our sedation suite. A warm blanket, cool eye cover, noise cancellation headset create a relaxed & comfortable environment. The great improvement of oral conscious sedation is the patient can respond to Dr. Farshad’s requests; open, close, or relax & then return to their sedated comfortable state.
