Our Routine-Care Fee Policy
For eligible routine dental care, Dynasty Tower Dental does not add a charge solely to make up the difference between our regular ODA-based fee and the CDCP established fee.

This policy is separate from your CDCP co-payment. You remain responsible for any applicable co-payment and for services or portions of services outside your coverage.

For crowns, posts and cores, root canal treatment, oral surgery and other complex care, additional charges may apply under our office’s fee policy.

Are you accepting new CDCP patients?
Yes. Dynasty Tower Dental welcomes new CDCP patients. Call our team to discuss appointment availability.
Can CDCP help with cleanings and fillings?
Yes, eligible cleanings and fillings can be covered, subject to plan conditions and limits.
Will I need to pay anything?
Possibly. Your coverage may include a co-payment, and uncovered care can carry additional costs. Our routine-care fee policy does not remove those amounts.
What about crowns?
Eligible crowns require CDCP preauthorization. Approval and coverage are not guaranteed; we will discuss the proposed treatment and expected costs with you.

What should I bring to my first CDCP appointment?
Bring your CDCP member ID, identification, coverage start date and co-payment information. Please also bring your current medication list and any relevant dental records or X-rays you have. You do not need to wait for your Sun Life welcome package if you have the required coverage information. See the official first-appointment guidance.
Can I book while my CDCP application is pending?
Contact us to discuss your dental needs, but wait until your CDCP enrolment is confirmed and your coverage start date has arrived before booking a CDCP appointment. Care received before coverage starts is not covered. We will confirm that your coverage is active before treatment. Read the Government of Canada guidance on starting care.
Do I need to renew my CDCP coverage?
Yes. You must renew each year and continue to meet the eligibility requirements. Follow the official renewal schedule to avoid a gap in coverage. Care received during a gap is not covered retroactively. Check current CDCP renewal instructions.
What happens if my treatment requires preauthorization?
Our team submits the proposed treatment and supporting information for review before proceeding with care that requires CDCP approval. Not every request is approved, and approval does not necessarily cover the full cost. We will discuss the decision and your expected costs with you before treatment.
